2007 DUI Arrest Mugshot

Gary Collins , age 70, was charged with DUI by the California Highway Patrol on Saturday, January 31, 2009.  Collins wisely refused the unnatural roadside acts also called standardized field sobriety tests.  Collins was susquently given a blood test.

Collins is known for being the Miss America Pageant for years 1982 through 1990.  Collins is also married to Mary Ann Mobley who was the 1959 Miss America. 

Collins received a DUI conviction in 2007 for a DUI. 

Collins beat a DUI in Mississippi in 2002.
