Rip Torn Mugshot from previous arrest

Actor Rip Torn, 77, has been charged with his third DUI within five years in Connecticut.  Torn was driving a Subaru with a Christmas tree attached to the roof, on Route 44.  The police stopped him because he was driving in the lane reserved for broken down vehicles. 

Police claim that the 77 year old actor failed part of a roadside exercise and refused to take a breath alcohol test.
