My friend Bob Battle got an order from a Fairfax Court to allow his expert to inspect the breath test machine.  The expert was going to use the electrical equipment actually intended to be used on the contraption.  The Fairfax prosecutor offered a reduced charge to make the case go away and prevent the inspection.  I have a local court considering the same motion.

Tony Rock got arrested in California on February 18, 2009 for DUI. 

He was stopped for speeding but was arrested for DUI after failing the field sobriety tests.

Tony should not have taken the field sobriety tests because no one passes.
